I was connected with Melanie through recommendation of a lender. She was very flexible and was able to make time to meet despite my busy schedule. Melanie presented everything in a very easy to understand, process-oriented structure. Though I ultimately went with another agent, I felt as I would’ve been in good hands with her and her team. Melanie was by far more than helpful. We were moving from out of town and she always made herself available on a moments notice to see a house we were interested in. There were even times we were not available to see the houses and she FaceTimed us in order for us to see it.
After an extensive search we finally found our home. Melanie didn’t make it only easy, but she made us comfortable going through the negotiating process.

Melanie treats her customers like family! I was relocating didn’t know Louisville and she guided me to the perfect condos.
